Hi I just wonder about when I login to the ftp I can see all the other directorys such as: /etc /usr etc... as showing on the screenshot below, is it normal if I have created a user for Shell, And another question about the shell, then I try to login as the user I created, I cannot login with the username and password.
When using Jailkit, the SSH user runs in chroot environment, meaning the system directories like /etc are there, but contents of those directories are not the system files. Compare /etc to the etc in your home directory. SSH user should work, check you really have created it and name and password match. I did not understand the rest of your post.
