Game Server on Linux(Prefer Ubuntu)

    Is it possible to have a how to about how to setup a Game Server?

    hi
    by game server u meaning a server where people like playing WOW connect to to play on an privet server
    or something else


    if that what type of games do u want to be able to host

    Could be a WoW Private Server or a Counter Strike server call of duty the popular games.

    If it would be possible to host call of duty 4 and call of duty 5 on a Centos 5.3 with Ispconfig3 installed on it.. Is there a way of doing that ?

    Is quite easy - I've been running a quake3 server for years - see http://ioquake3.org/ as this is the Open Source project of Quake.

    Unreal Tournament server - see http://www.unrealadmin.org/
