This is the first version. I tried to keep standards and in someplaces I use the English word. I would appreciate any help to make it better
Thanks for the translation! Are you sure that "el" is the correct ISO language code for greek? I thought the code is "gr".
Based on ISPConfig 's suggestion to lookup the codes in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes , the codes that I see are the below: Code: Indo-European Greek, Modern Ελληνικά el ell gre ell ISPConfig wants ISO_639-1 (the first). So I put el. Anyway, the gr is old. The commons now are :el, ell, and gre.
Thanks for the info. Always good to learn something new I will add your translation to SVN so it gets released with ISPConfig 3.0.3.3
I think I finished it (update 3). Any suggestions are welcomed One notice: There are untranslated strings that I cannot find anywhere (e.g hosting control panel Login Logout Powered by Password Reset e.t.c.)
Some more corrections for ISPConfig 3.0.4.1 Some Problems There are still some strings that cannot be translated (I can not find them in the downloaded file): e.g.: Secondary Zones Dns Tools Resync LOGOUT ADMIN Add additional template Delete additional template Import Zone File Warnings Debug Errors And the Greek language has no flag. (The flag in the language drop down menu of the export action .... not anywhere else)
Thank you for the translation. I've added your report about missing strings to the bugtracker: http://bugtracker.ispconfig.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=1883 Regarding the missing flag icon, I guess the problem is that the flags are country icons, so for greek the country code is gr while the language code of the translation is el. I will see that we add a copy of the gr icon with name el.
I changed a lot of things in limits. I added the new strings. There is still problem with the login ( I can not find username/password) There is still problem with the Secondary Zones
Update for ISPConfig 3.0.5.2 I found a problem in the exported (merged with English) translation. I think it was in the DNS records section. The characters was not UTF-8. Maybe they were ISO-8859-7 or WINDOWS-1253 (Greek but not UTF-8). That means that the encoding is inconsistent in the exported file. Anyway, I retranslated them.
I am pretty sure that I only write in UTF-8, so if anybody else submits translations, please submit in UTF-8. If this is not the point, then sth went wrong when I merged the el with en language files and dowloaded the new file. How possible is this?
I'am not aware on any issues with the merge function in ispconfig. ISPConfig uses UTF8 only, so the exported file should be utf8 as well.
Update for ISPConfig 3.0.5.4p1 and some corrections (small typo mistakes for all versions, small changes in words etc). Missing strings: - Login text (both) in the login page) - Language Import - Button "Import Zone file' - Sub Category Header 'Secondary DNS'
