Hi there A while ago I started to create a customer/reseller handbook which describes some common tasks etc. since there are no official ones (existing are for ISPConfig2). You can find them here: http://drops.frontender.ch/kA9V/1uUptJP2 It might be cool if we could have a Git repository for it (on the ISPConfig Git server) so the community can work on it all together. They are written in Markdown as it's easy to write in and can be exported to various formats (HTML, PDF etc.) and the output is fully customizable through regular CSS.
