I think it is time to virtualize my servers to ease proofsaving and permit a better management of my plateforme.

Any recommandation of a good repartition ?
Should I create one Virtual Server for mail and one for other services ...

    Regards,
    Arnaud

If you want to setup production servers, it might be a good idea to have a look at OpenVZ, it is faster then vmware and has less overhead. If you run just some low traffic servers, vmware is a good choice too, but have a look if your usage of the vmware server complies to the vmware server license.

Thats not supported in ISPConfig 2, ISPConfig 3 supports this, but is currently in alpha state and not yet recommended for production use.

I use OpenVZ with ISPConfig and have had no problems related to using the virtual server.

    I'm using VMware server.
I don't see any difference with the hosts system.
