Having trouble reaching [email protected]

    Not sure if this is the correct location, however I recently purchased 1 hour of commercial support because I am unable to presently support my server for various reasons. I received an acknowledgement of the ticket and amount of time related to project (PHP8), then one password question - since that time (more than a week ago) not one communication.
    Has something happened?

    Schaal @it is not an ISPConfig support partner anymore since June 1st, 2022. ISPConfig Business support is now provided by @Th0m from AmsterdamTech.
