Help, can't figure it out

ok so I setup a domain in ISPConfig. I have it pointing to the server. But for some reason when it comes up it gives me the following error.

This IP address is shared. For access to the web site which you look for, enter its address instead of its IP.

For questions or problems please contact the server administrator.

 

Update!!

Ok so I have figured out what the issue is, now I just got to figure out how to fix it.

For some reason it (it being ISPConfig) is having issues writing to the /etc/httpd/conf/vhosts/Vhosts_ispconfig.conf.

It leaves the old one and writes a new one with this label:
Vhosts_ispconfig.conf_16-04-07_22-04-59

Is there a setting wrong somewhere?...
