Probably not the place for it, but I figured I'd ask here anyway since I've gotten some decent answers here so far...

I work out of my home and a few of us have put together our own little onsite PC business, and so far it's been slow going but it pays the bills. At one point I tried out the e106 CMS package and came accross a popular help desk addon for it which was almost perfect for us -- I say "almost" because it didn't have anywhere to put in real world information such as address, phone number, etc. I've tried to contact the author to see if we could find out how to add these features to it but I can't reach him after several attempts over time. So now I've been asked to look into other possibilities -- as long as they don't have to pay anything for it (cheap bastards, but I digress...). So far I've found plenty of open source help desk packages, but it seems none of them allow for entering of physical information -- seems like they're all made for online help only. Does anyone know of a decent package or server add-on that would work for us? It's nice to have online records like that, and personally I love being able to log on from anywhere, draw up an invoice and have that invoice automatically emailed to the customer.

    Any ideas?
