Help!! I can not send email with thunderbird!!

Hello to everbody. first I am sorry so much if this post is duplicated but i am very desperate (i going to become in a hang man

I make a ubuntu server using perfect server tutorial and all works fine, but i cant send email if use mail client like thunderbird. If i use webmail no problem.

In mail.log there is this:

warning: SASL unknown[192.168.0.13]: SASL PLAIN authentication failed: no mechanism available

warning: SASL authentication problem: unknown password verifier

warning: SASL authentication failure: Password verification failed

I dont need a server supersecure only need can send email. If i can find solution for this trouble i prefer havent got so much security in the smtpd.
