Help ISPConfig ask me mysql!!

Hello again, i am dummy. When i am finishing the ispconfig installation ask me the MYSQL and i dont know what i must choose.
Sorry, may be my question is an very easy and fool question, but and dont see the solution.
I am using ubuntu server 8.04LTS and the fantastic guide perfect server.

What in particular don't you understand?
In "perfect setup" everything is wrote down step by step, so could you give us a more clear explanation of your problem?
