Have you tried Internet Search Engines with Code: magento 2 ispconfig site:howtoforge.com Using the contact form @till mentioned does get you an asnwer next working day.
You might want to check your spam folder then to see the emails that were sent from Florian are there. And if you can't find them, drop him an email and ask him to re-send the emails.
thanks for the suggestion, but so far I haven't found anything, I'm testing some alternatives but without success.
