Help! I had a web designer from India create a joomla site for me but refuses to tell me how to upload the site to my server. At first he insisted on me letting him host the site. I refused and then he said for him to install the site to my server I had to pay $200.00. I already paid for him to design the site and he won't help me. Please tell me step by step instructions on how to install a site that was already created to my server so that my site will be online.
Unless you have a copy of the files (all of them including images and source code) I'm afraid you're pretty funked!
