well i did this installing The Perfect Server - Debian 9 (Stretch) with Apache, BIND, Dovecot, PureFTPD and ISPConfig 3.1 most thing went well ftp,hosting phpadmin is working fine roundcube is installed but cant login and when i try to let say send mail from my gmail account i get this message The response from the remote server was: 503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. You found the two errors that I expected. Did you correct them and restarted postfix? Then check, if it works now.
sorry but am still having the same problem, do you think i should redo the email accounts over in ispconfig.
No. Check the lines that start with -o where you removed the # in front of, take care that there is a whitespace before the -o as shown in the tutorial. Do not remove that whitespace.
