Hi all.. been looking for a guide on squid to help me to open 2 ports on a proxy and have them 2 ports grab from upstream proxy.. wiles proxying eg. student proxy.domain.local:8081 gets from student.proxy.safe:80 staff proxy.domain.local:8082 gets from staff.proxy.safe:80 and i hope admin proxy.domain.local:8083 Goes>> direct need this to run all on 1 linux box.. can any one help me on my quest of making things smaller.. thanks.. I think you'd do it with iptables instead of squid... just redirect/forward the appropriate port to the other appropriate port.
