Hard one to search, sorry if asked and answered. Where do I specify the email destination for Support Requests under the Help Tab in ISPConfig 3 (Ubuntu 10.4)?
Help message email notification is sending emails from client email address. I think that it should not be like this. Because if there is a SPF like protection then it does not work. I think that it should send from support at ispconfig-server-domain. (need to add sender email field to Main config) like address and set sender email to 'Reply to' field. How could I configure this? Is there any option or should I create an Issue request.
