Perhaps not the correct forum but since I always get gold when digging here I thought I would give it a shot. I will be setting up a Ubuntu server and would like to run a web based HelpDesk/Inventory/Billing setup on it. This is for the local County Office of Education so I would like open source ideas that allows for delegation and does not require constant attention. I am donating my time as the budget is, well none. Please post any and all ideas you can think of. Currently I am tinkering with OTRS but can't seem to get the full deal. Sadly the free version is limited to just 5 clients. In my case that would not work. It does however give me a new idea. I have been searching for a helpdesk product that can do other tasks. Perhaps I should search more for billing and inventory products that can do helpdesk. I will post back with what I find. Thanks again, Todd
