    how can i change ... utf-8 to charset=windows-1256
    all my web bages have charset=windows-1256 incoding
    i have <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1256"> in the header but it shows me utf-8 font ...
    my os is fedora 4 and i have ispconfig 2.1 ?!!

    Have you installed the nescessary locales as you setup FC 4?
