This are most likely backups of website contnets from sites that are in the recycle bin. You can remove that files if you dont need the backups anymore.
Yeah, I was doing a backup of most everything, /var/www, etc/, when I got to home/adminispconfig things got really really slow, and I noticed all that stuff. I'll drop it, my server will be much happier for sure.
There is one thing that you might want to keep, if you have a folder like webmail, squirrelmail or uebimiay in tmp, then dont deletet that as thats the cahe of the webmail client. Sorry that i forgot to mention that in my first answer.
