hosting a name server with ISPConfig and 1&1 registrar

I have found a couple of 'Perfect' tutorials on here about hosting your own name server using ISPConfig and either GoDaddy or providerdomain.de.

While I have my setup working right now using basic FTP and HTTP access, I'm concerned about future problems since I am having to do something I have been warned doesn't work (even though it is right now) - using 1&1 frame-based redirection. Without the redirection, I only get the Shared IP error page. I'm not asking about that problem anymore, though, since it's working my way right now.

What I would like to know is if there is a 'Perfect' tutorial on hosting your own name server with 1&1's services (www.1and1.com)?

I have tried trial-and-error, but with my limited experience with this stuff... well, you get the idea....

The tutorials for godaddy and providerdomain will work for 1and1 too. All you need is a second IP address for your server and then configure ISPConfig as described in these tutorials. If you have problems with the 1and1 dns settings on their website, you can call their support and ask them for the right settings.
