    Hello

I have a dedicated server and I have full root access on a Debian Linux server. BUT I do not know Linux.

My provider is very slow at helping me and I want to learn how to manage the server on my own.

My question is: Currently my provider has set two nameservers up for my single domain name. ns1.????????.?? ns2.????????.??. This is the same name as my domain name.

I now want to host another service with a different domain name.

Can I set up a second set of nameservers with a completely different name pointing to 2 other IP that I have. I have altogether 8 IPs.

If I can how would I do it?

Thank you for any help in advance.

that depends on your registrar, I know godaddy has dynamic dns which you can name your own nameservers. To become a true nameserver host you need to register it.
