    For ISPConfig 2, one could (sym)link a saved message in the maildir of all users.. That way each user gets a (copy) of this message delivered.
    Some MDA's or POP/IMAP services also have a provision for system notices or system bulletins (that won't be retrieved any more once removed).

    I would like to have such a provision in ISPC, for noticing users of maintenance.. :D
