Hello I have 2 sites added on ISPconfig. I use MSG91 as SMTP relay. But each domain has to have its own SMTP credentials. If i use domainA SMTP relay, then mails are not going to be sent. Is there a way to add second relay? Or for that specific site? Thank you
Perhaps you could give a slightly broader explanation of what you're trying to do. So, currently, you have an ISPConfig server, and it's not a mail server as well, yes? So outgoing emails have to be routed through a separate system, specifically through a 'relay' server. The question becomes 1) What kind of emails are being sent, 2) where are they going (end users) and 3) who are they being sent 'from'? (the sending domain) Normally, if you have a situation like that, the sites would only be 'sending' emails for the domains in question, such as 'domain1.com' would have a contact page sending an email to '[email protected]', and 'domain2.com' would send to '[email protected]'. In that case, the emails _should_ simply end up being sent from your server to their server directly, with no real authentication being necessary. The remote site would simply have to know that you're an acceptable site to send emails from that domain. (SPF records)
Sorry for not being clear. I have ISPConfig server it has 2 domains, domain A and domain B. server.domainA.com is the server name and email server. I am using server.domainA.com for the incoming mails and for outgoing mails i have to use 3rd party because i use Azure. I am using MSG91 as relay SMTP on domainA outgoing server configured on ISPConfig panel. But on MSG91 i can't send mails with domainB with the same relay server SMTP settings because it is configured for the domainA on the MSG91 site. So i added domainB on MSG91 for a new SMTP. So i have 2 SMTP accounts for each domain but ISPConfig has 1 option to enter a relay server. 1- Mails over webforms, normal sending mails etc. 2- They are going to be send anywhere, like normal mails. 3- Explained above, from 2 main domains. That's not correct. ISPConfig has per-domain relay settings. System > Interface > main config > Email > Show per domain relay options Then you have relay settings in each email domain.
Oh, i missed that. Thank you! I checked that box then go to email tab - domains and enter relay smtp for each domain. Do i have to anything else? What are relay domains and relay recipients?
No. This is used when you run ISPConfig as a mail server or security appliance in front of another Email system e.g. in front of a Exchange server.
Ok, i configured relay hostname, user and password for each domain. But my mails are not sending from both of the domains It shows sent but they don't arrive. Is there a way to test the connection or configurations?
Take a look at the /var/log/mail.log filr of your server to see what happens with email delivery behind the scenes. Create a mailbox for the effected domain, configure it in a email client of your choice and send a test email.

Did you enter the correct port as part of the smtp server name, the same way you did it for the global relay settings? if you do not enter a port, then port 25 is used as that's the default mailserver port.
Ah yes! Absolutely i forgot that Sorry for taking your time. This time i am having problems with the relay server. As server and mail server name is server.domainA.com i am trying to send mails from domainB.com so they don't accept this from mail address. Are there any workaround for this? Thank you
That's not related to your system if they reject your emails when using the correct relay data; you must talk with the relay server provider. Also, why have you chosen a provider like Azure, which is not suitable for email hosting to run an email server? There are many better and cheaper VPS providers out there that allow you to run your mail system. Using Azure, or AWS, or Google cloud for such a projects means just paying more money for less service and capabilities.
