Hello, during ISPConfig 2.2.29 install on a SUSE 11.1 box I chose to use default settings for the mailserver's SSL certificate. Now I have to confirm/ignore a security alert each time I check mail through POP/SSL. The message goes like this: You are trying to connect to Domain xyz.tld but the certificate is issued for localhost. etc. How do I create a new certificate for the domain the mailserver is using for secure connections? Apparently several certificates are created during ISPConfig install. Which one is the correct one and how do I change/access it? Thank you in advance for your hints. klaus++
Take a look at chapter 10 on http://www.howtoforge.com/virtual-users-domains-postfix-courier-mysql-squirrelmail-fedora-10-p3 The instructions are for Fedora, so the paths will differ (don't know the OpenSUSE paths), but it should give you the idea.
