    Hello,

I am bit confused with letsencrypt on my Debian Wheezy Server.

First of all I installed letsencrypt (git clone) in the path /opt/letsencrypt

Then I added a new website (subdomain vhost) clicked on ssl and on letsencrypt and in ssl action i chose create certificate. I then receive a HTTPS Site with selfsigned certificate but now with letsencrypt.

What did i do wrong - do i have to install letsencrypt in a special path?

    Regards
    Patric

Assuming letsencrypt is installed correctly (/opt/letsencrypt should work fine, make sure you've run 'letsencrypt-auto --help'), just check both the SSL and Let's Encrypt SSL checkboxes, and save. You don't even need to visit the SSL tab or select any action there.
