I have clients who register domain names but don't want to publish websites in those domains (yet). How do I add items to an invoice if no website exists?
If the client has already another website, you may add additional invoice items to the invoice on this site on the Invoice tab.
Thanks for the reply. I sort of figured that out myself but from your answer I also gather that it is not possible to create an invoice if a client does not have a website (yet). Is that the case? It would be a pity because after all, some people don't need a website but merely want to have a domain for e-mail purposes.
Yes. The way ISPConfig works, you need a web site first (even if you don't upload anything to it or make it inaccessible) before you can create email accounts.
