My question is, when should we setup cluster for mysql ??for how many transaction should we setup cluster for mysql??
Is ultra monkey reliable? because has been not upgraded for few years !!

I have some servers that running php script so most of traffic is related to fetch some text from database.
If it is possible you tell me about any kind of traffic you know leads to high load on mysql server.

Can you give us some more details? How much traffic do you expect, what hardware do you use, etc.?

Well,on one of my server php web site is running with 2000 hit click per day and hardware is AMD phenum II x4 with 4 G ram.

2,000 page views per day? That's not much. I guess your server can at least handle 50,000 page views per day. I'd install munin on the server to see how its resources are used. http://www.howtoforge.com/server_monitoring_with_munin_monit_debian_etch
