I have Ubuntu 14.04 LTS + ISPC 3.1. I would like to setup SNI. This server has one IP and he will have setup many websites. Each from website will have own ssl certificate from lets encrypt. Question is - how setup SNI? On another server from another hosting company customer support setup SNI on the server and I can setup for each website own ssl letsencrypt cert. I would like to know how to do this. :)

There is nothing to be setup, SNI is on by default and works by default. simply create your websites and enable SSL, that's all.

One more thing. Does the lets encrypt allows support ssl cert for domain example.com and for her subdomain i.e. sub.example.com? Can it be provided by one LE ssl cert setup for domain?

What would be if on the server would be two websites, example.com and sub.example.com - each on another separate user account? In that case one letsencrypt ssl cert provide ssl support only for example.com not for both, am I right?

There is an SSL cert for each site.

I have production server I have to know what to do before I do. ;) So I think properly - example.com on one user account, sub.example.com on another user account will require two separate le ssl certificates.
