How to add a domain to my server?

I recently installed Ubuntu 9.04 server and ISPConfig 2 on an old computer according to this tutorial:

When I visit http://192.168.1.10/ (and my WAN IP on my cellphone), it shows:
It works!

I can also access ISPConfig.

I would really like to add a domain to the server and get my own nameservers (like ns1.domain.nl and ns2.domain.nl). Can someone explain me how to accomplish that?

 

For your own nameservers you'll need 2 static IPs. To add a domain, log into your ISP config set up (http://yourip:81 or https://yourip:81). First create a client, then a domain for that client.

How can I get 2 static ip's? Do you mean like 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.11?

I used the nameservers of the registrar and changed the DNS in the administration panel of the registrar.

The domain is working now, but I'm going to do some more research about DNS and servers in general.
