How to backup email

    My system (Ubuntu 12+ISPConfig 3) in VPS is broke?
    and I have done to backup my web file and database to my local laptop....
    But, I don't know how to backup my email and restore later ?
    Note: I use Squirrelmail

    Just Backup your mail-folder (/var/vmail) and preserve the permissions.
