How to change default mail location

When i create user by default create mail box in
/var/spool/mail/


I want to change default location just like another drive.

Give my Any Idea.

You can try to put the directory on another drive (please make sure you keep permissions and ownerships) and then create a symlink from /var/spool/mail to the new directory.
