    I've installed ISPCONFIG 3 on CentOS 5.4 i386

    disk partition:
    /
    /boot
    /home

ISPCONFIG 3 now is using the space of /var (which is /)

i would like to change the http web root to /home

Its a bad idea to change it to home as functions like suexec (which you need to run cms systems in your websites) is no working with /home as web root. If you dont have enough free space in /var, you move the files and folders from /var/www to /home and then remount the former /home partitions as /var/www and create a new /home folder.
