How to configure linux kernel to use with Asterisk and SIP servers

    Hi,

    I am looking to work in the Field of VOIP.
    So please anyone can tell me how to configure linux kernel to work with Asterisk and SIP server.

    Also tell me how to install drivers for soft phones in Linux.
