    hi,
Is their a way to make a subdirectory a vhost so that it can run a different php version from the main domain itself while still staying in-place as http://main-domain.com/subdirectory ?

Might be possible to set up a php-fpm pool manually for this and then configure it in apache directives, but never tried that.
