How to create both shared hosting plans and reseller plans? Im using blesta and wish to sell both those plans but the panel is quite confusing to me and I found no results when searching for it on Google. Please let me know on how to do this. Thanks.

Ok sure but isn't there any general guide on what to do when using ISPCONFIG with a general billing software?
ISPConfig manual, chapter 4.5 onwards. Clients, Resellers, their Limits, and limit templates. And what a billing system refers to as a hosting plan is nothing other than a client or reseller limit as it defines which resources a client or reseller may use.
