You need to mirror your web sites, e.g. with rsync: http://www.howtoforge.com/mirroring_with_rsync If you want to mirror in both directions, take a look at unison: http://www.howtoforge.com/setting-u...ization-between-two-servers-on-debian-squeeze
The setup you used uses unison to sync the files, so the extra setups that falko posted are already included in the guide that you used, there is no separate setup needed. If file syncing of files does not work, then debug it by running the command: unsison as root user.
