   i followed this tutorial:

   but volatile.debian.org do not exist anymore...
   
   how correctly update clamav now?

   This is a false positve error, your clamav is already up to date. Clamav gets updated by the updater of your inux distribution automatically, so just ensure that you install updates regularily with apt / yum / yast.
