How to enable aliasdomain LE SSL?

    Hi
    Whenever I create a new aliasdomain website with LE SSL enabled, the SSL cert is linked to my main website.
    The aliasdomain SSL will not work unless I manually uncheck the main website LE SSL, then check to enable it again. which will renew the SSL for the newly created aliasdomain I guess.

    But this will bring down time to my live site. is there any way to enable LE SSL for new aliasdomain website without affecting main site?

    If I understand and remember correctly you can try alias domain with vhost.
