I cannot figure out where mail is kept when you tell Outlook to leave mail server. I just want to delete/flush it all for one mail account, without having to pop it, pulling it off the server...any idea?
You can set message rule where condition fulfills mails deleted from the server. It would directly remove the message from the server without polling it. There may be some proper procedure, but this works as simple and handy. Dipesh
