how to have mail.mydomain dot com as email server instead of server1.serverdomain dot com

so my question itself is self explanatory but still I try to explain like
for mail server I can use only server1.mywebsolutions.co.in
and not say - mail.mywebsolutions.co.in or mail.ai-chat.support etc or is that possible and I am missing anything?

 

The Name is always the FQDN of your server - that's it. This is literally the first part of all ISPConfig installation guides.
