Hi, I would to automatically find the bandwidth parameters in a MySQL database and update it without restart the apache server (to not disconnect users that are currently downloading something) I have read this turorial but for change the allowed bandwidth you apparently have to restart apache. Have someone a solution or an idea for how to process ? Sorry for my poor English and thank you for your future help !
