how to point 2 domains to one directory ?

    I want to have domain1.com and domain2.com both point to the same /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web

    As it is now, they point to two different directories:
    /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web
    /var/www/clients/client1/web2/web

    Symlink is not a good choice fow web2 because there are some restriction to read cache files that has created by user:group of web1

    Delete website 2 nd then add the domain as aliasdomain for website 1 in ispconfig.

    I have used this feature, but google saw it as an alias of the main site, I do not know if it is good fo SEO. Does it afect somehow seo?
    I use an opencart multistore.
