How to remove rustock spambot

My IP is listed in PBL & CBL, reason shown, IP is infected with rustock spambot.

Now, How should I remove this spambot.

and what steps I should take to prevent the recurrence.

I would like to add this log for today of fail2ban. IP shown here are non of clients or given any permission. what I should read of this warning.

Than I couldn't figure out how once fail2ban Ban ip, it goes on to Unban the same IP.

should I list this IP in /etc/hosts.deny or any other action.

But, are there no infected files needs to be removed or cleaned, if your server is already infected with SPAMBOAT?
