Hi, I've got my main domain working fine by using the DNS Manager my provider supplies. All my virtual hosts are accessible through the net, but I've got some small issues with certain ISPs concerning my mail. I've been using my provider's DNS Manager for my other virtual hosts as well. But I would like to do it through ISPConfig3 if I can (mainly so I have a central location for managing virtual hosts.) So I'm now going through and tuning my virtual hosts (primarily to get their emails working with fussy ISPs). I'm currently reading this BIND9 guide ( http://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-ru...and-secondary-with-ispconfig-3-debian-squeeze ), but it seems not quite right for my situation as I only have a single server. Can someone suggest a guide more suitable for my purpose please? Cheers, Nap
Just use one of the perfect server guides to install your server, all these guides will give you a ready installed dns server to manage your dns zones trough ispconfig.
