Hey all, unfortunatly i have to change my Server (virtual maschine) because i get harddisk error from scsi driver (vmware infr. server 2) -> known issue. i tryed to copy the ispconfig users and group from the passwd and group + shadow and gshadow files to the new system. Additional i transferd the contents of /var/www* and /var/vmail transferred the sql Dump and the imported it. Also i copied the /etc/mysql/mysql-virtual* files and the apache files but it doesnt work. cant connect to mail, cant connect to apache services. is there a how to, where i can see what i have to to exactly ? thanks (too many errors, cant explain all here, had to to backup and Recover in 1 night, so i give it a new try)
- ensure that you do not overwite any existing mysql users in the mysql user or mysql DB table. Just add the new web database users but dont overwite. - Do not copy any mysql files from /etc/postfix/ to the new system or the mailsystem will break.
