How to downgrade down from php 7 to PHP 5.6?

I have upgraded my debian isntallations (apt-get upgrade), and I have found that server now is on PHP 7!
    All sites stoppedv working.
How I can reupgrade or add PHP 5.6 as default/back? With simple steps?

This is very imortant for me.
There are many manuals for ubuntu or debian 7 but no one for debian 8, to simlpe reverse or add aditional PHP 5.6 as main.

    Please help

I'm surprised, on debian stable, after apt-get update && apt-get upgrade, I have that:
well, Zend is a little outdated :p

What are your /etc/apt/sources.list look like?
