Hello, On the panel it's possible to create a daily backup for a website. After we have 3 button, delete, download, restore. I clicked on download et it create a backup directory for the website. But it does'tallow to download the website. Is it normal ? My problem, I have no ftp (it does'nt work follow to update mariadb) and I must reinstall all the server. I also have a database around 50 Mb. What is the best process ? Tk.
You can use ssh if your ftp doesn't work. With ssh you can do resync or scp from / to one server to / from another server without a need to download/upload files / database.
