I can't seem to get equal info when adding the second node to the cluster: Node DTotal DFree MTotal MNode MFree Pinst Sinst castor.karamanga.nl 23836 23836 759 256 484 0 0 polux.karamanga.nl 23836 23836 766 256 491 0 0 fdisk -l and pvdispaly show that both nodes are completely equal what could be the cause of this difference ? I can' t create a DRDB raidset if the disks aren't equal can i ? If i try this anyhow i get errors that tell me DRDB cant sync the discs. GrtZ Jan P.S. I replied this by accident in the posting on this howto in the suggested howto's forum. Sry for that
This is two separate problems Hi! Your snippet shows that the disks are equal, and the memory is not... This is not an issue anyway, ganeti is able to create instance disks even on unequal disks... Can you please tell us how disk creation fails so it's easier to see what the real issue is? You can also contact the ganeti team on its mailing list ([email protected]) and even join it (see http://code.google.com/p/ganeti), for help and suggestions Thanks, Guido
