Yes. The problem has been resolved. It was a problem with ISPC config because. To set up an IP faillover I exported some ISPC tables in order to replicate the ISPC config. Obviously it was not sufficient to replicate ISPC and websites configs. I have deleted and created the websites an since all works fine. Initially the idea was to replicate exactly the same config on 2 servers to simplify synchronization ...
