htf-common-issues.php not anymore

The url http://gitplace.net/pixcept/ispconfig-tools/raw/stable/htf-common-issues.php no longer works. It does return the file but with zero size.

Thank you for reporting. There was an issue in our company gitlab instance. Should be working again.
