Hi guys, I'm at the control panel and I would like to enable the Apache directives to a Reseller already registered but I don't see the checkbox to tick. Is it disappeared? Thanks
HELP HELP! All databases has been deleted! I have tried to create a Reseller and move the account in the newer Reseller Account but all the databases are disappeared! I have tried to restore then from the trash but there is not NO table ! I'm Disperated! Please help me. What can I do?!??! Thanks
Please check with phpmyadmin if the databases are there. Did you move the client to a reseller without database permissions or a too low limit for databases?
I just checked the site moving tool, it does not contain any code that is able to delete databases. So your databases must have been deleted by something else and not the moving of the site. If the databases are not listed in phpmyadmin (and you are really sure that that you checked this as mysql root user), you will have to restore the databses from a backup, if you have one.
So there is a bug! I have create a reseller and moved all sites and customers changing the GROUP and FOLDER one customer at time and the databases now has been deleted. I've not a mysql dump
I can not verify that. I've done the same here on my server and no database is lost. 1) How many databases may the reseller create that you moved the website too? 2) How many databases does the target reseller has already created?
